Your day to day

1. Develop in-depth knowledge of the retail shop's product offerings, including luxury items, souvenirs, and exclusive merchandise. Stay informed about product features, benefits, pricing, and any promotional events.
2. Offer detailed product information to customers and assist them in making informed purchasing decisions.
3. Actively engage customers to increase sales through effective upselling and cross-selling techniques. Meet and exceed sales targets and goals established by the retail shop management.
4. Use suggestive selling to encourage customers to explore additional products.
5. Maintain a visually appealing and organized retail space.
6. Participate in arranging and replenishing merchandise on the shop floor.
7. Ensure all products are accurately labeled and priced.
8. Accurately handle cash, credit card transactions, and maintain a balanced cash register.
9. Perform inventory checks, assist in restocking inventory, and report any discrepancies to the supervisor.
10. Assist in regular stocktaking activities.

What We Need From You

1. Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, sales, or a related field.
2. Minimum 2 years of experience.
3. Computer literacy; relevant certifications or additional training in sales and customer service can be advantageous.
4. Excellent communication skills.
5. Excellent organization skills.
6. Customer focus.
7. Teamwork.
8. Sales acumen.
