Day to Day Responsibilities

• Handle Group and Individual Reservations inquiries via email, phone, and Whatsapp according to the stringent Reservations Standards set forth by management to enhance guest engagement and maximize overall hotel revenue.
• Aim to upsell rooms and other services to maximize the profitability of the company.
• Be fluent in all Accor distribution and reservations systems, Accor Rate architecture, and Revenue practices.
• Lease and cooperate with other departments as needed.
• Create reports or partake in projects as directed by management.
• Assist other Business Units as and when needed.

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year as a Reservations Agent.
• Knowledge of Reservation systems is preferable.
