Job Description:

• Provide fast and accurate financial analysis and advice to business leaders.
• Predict the impact of potential decisions on cash flow and profitability.
• Assess and monitor the company’s overall financial health and investments.
• Build and maintain detailed financial models and forecasts.
• Create agile, integrated financial plans that account for multiple scenarios.
• Collaborate with departments to prepare and consolidate budgets.
• Align corporate strategy with execution and track performance.
• Identify and assess new revenue opportunities and risks.
• Manage the preparation and approval of the annual budgets of the company, driving consistency and rigor in the overall financial budgeting process of each business unit in alignment with the overall strategic objectives of the company.
• Oversee the preparation and distribution of regular financial analysis and reporting on detailed budget variances, helping identify key issues and potential corrective action.
• Develop and evaluate detailed financial models and sensitivity analysis related to prospective projects, investments, or M&A opportunities.
• Coordinate the collection of reasonable inputs and assumptions for financial models through internal and external sources.
• Preparation of mid-month/quarterly/half yearly forecast for P&L / BS / CF.
• Raise red flags in advance in case of under-achievement against budgets by monitoring business KPIs.
• Management of reporting processes by reviewing management reports, monitoring progress against budget, and carrying out monthly/quarterly reviews.

Desired Candidate Profile:

• Minimum BA degree in Accounting / Finance.
• Professional qualification such as CPA or CA is a must.
• Minimum 5 years post-grad experience.
• Recent experience within a manufacturing / FMCG environment.
• Strong ERP knowledge (SAP is essential).
• Expert in accounting and local statutory reporting requirements.
