With a stronghold in Dubai and sights set on expansion, we're now looking for Pluto's First Growth Lead to take our traction to new realms.

About The Role

Hi, I'm Ridwan, Co-founder & COO at Pluto. We're looking for a strategic and hands-on marketer to be the founding member of our Growth team.

In this role, you'll work directly with me and the other co-founders to craft and execute growth strategies that accelerate our expansion from 1000+ businesses to 1M+. Your work will span between Marketing, Sales, & Product to create creative growth strategies that help us grow beyond paid marketing.

Pluto is scaling fast, and we need someone who can help us grow even faster. This is an opportunity to build from the ground up, experiment, and make a real impact in a rapidly evolving industry.

Key Responsibilities

  • Strategic Growth Initiatives:
    • Identify and execute long-term initiatives to fuel sustained growth. Test go-to-market strategies and lead growth marketing for both our SME & Enterprise Products.
    • Identify new channels and market opportunities to accelerate Pluto's growth.
    • Develop and execute growth experiments to find new scalable customer acquisition channels.
    • Manage running GTM for new products & markets and/or hiring help to be able to support your strategy.
    • Work with SMM, brand & other teams to create an organic/viral strategy for Pluto.
  • Paid Campaign Management:
    • Develop, implement, and manage performance marketing campaigns across multiple digital channels, including search, social, email, and affiliate marketing.
    • Monitor and analyze campaign performance, making data-driven decisions to optimize and scale campaigns.
    • Conduct A/B testing to improve ad creatives, landing pages, marketing automation, and overall campaign performance.
    • Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance.
    • Continuously test and iterate on creative, copy, targeting, and bidding strategies to improve ROI on marketing campaigns.
  • Data Analysis & Reporting:
    • Track, measure, and report on key performance metrics, providing actionable insights to stakeholders.
    • Use analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Amplitude) to understand user behavior and optimize the customer journey.
  • Budget Management:
    • Allocate and prioritize the marketing budget effectively to maximize return on investment.
    • Forecast and report on monthly and quarterly budget spend and performance outcomes.
  • Collaboration:
    • Work closely with the creative team to create compelling ad creatives and landing pages for Pluto's suite of products.
    • Collaborate with sales & product to create integrated marketing campaigns.

About You

  • 4+ years of relevant full-time experience.
  • Scale Up or Startup experience a huge plus.
  • Proven quantitative history of driving $XXM ARR growth in a B2B SaaS company.
  • Ready to work hard to execute on a mission as a founding member, with the same founder energy as would be expected in a startup.
  • Analytical mind & numbers-driven.
