Job Description

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their Forex trading needs and provide tailored solutions.
• Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and potential clients in the Forex market.
• Assist clients in the onboarding process, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and smooth account setup.
• Utilize CRM tools to track client interactions, sales pipelines, and follow-up activities for effective relationship management.
• Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients, resolving any issues or concerns related to their accounts.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Experience working with diverse clients, particularly high-net-worth individuals and institutional investors.
• Strong understanding of Forex market dynamics, trading strategies, and risk management techniques.
• Proficiency in English is mandatory, and knowledge of additional languages such as Mandarin or Arabic is an advantage.
• Proactive and self-motivated with a passion for financial markets and a commitment to continuous learning.
