FOREMAN (PLUMBING Electrical & Mechanical)

Job Responsibilities

1. Supervise and coordinate daily plumbing, electrical, and mechanical tasks to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
2. Conduct regular inspections of work sites to ensure compliance with safety regulations, quality standards, and project specifications.
3. Lead a team of skilled tradespeople, providing guidance and technical support while fostering a positive work environment.
4. Prepare detailed reports on project progress, labor hours, and material usage, communicating effectively with project managers and stakeholders.
5. Train and mentor junior staff and apprentices, enhancing their skills and ensuring adherence to industry best practices.
6. Implement and enforce safety protocols, conducting safety meetings and training sessions to promote a culture of awareness and prevention.
7. Troubleshoot and resolve issues on-site, applying technical knowledge to minimize downtime and maintain productivity.
