Job Title: Foreman Cum Carpenter

Responsibilities:

1. Plan, implement, and handle building jobs based on priorities and objectives.
2. Create worker and job routines.
3. Manage and monitor members' attendance and work.
4. Follow pertinent safety and security guidelines.
5. Handle and assist in using equipment and tools.
6. Review plans, drawings, and illustrations to fully grasp needs.
7. Take measurements and calculate the size and quantity of material required.
8. Cut, shape, and smooth lumber and other materials (e.g., fiberglass) according to dimensions.
9. Construct window frames, doors, stairs, and building structures by using resources or pre-constructed items.
