Foreman Civil

Job Responsibilities:

• Ensure that overall repair, new works, and modification works of all civil-related structures are as per standard and best practice.

Technical Competencies:

• Follow day-to-day operations related to own job to ensure continuity of work.
• Coordinate all works in hand with contractors, other departments, workforce, and superiors as well as within the group.
• Plan activities and other works in hand to ensure tasks are completed safely.
• Train by example other employees and assist in the day-to-day activities of the department as required.
• Ensure tasks are completed on time and within budget.
• Ensure works are executed in accordance with approved drawings, specifications, and standard engineering practices.
• Prepare progress reports as required and assist in supervision of workforce.
• Responsible for implementing and monitoring OHSAS management systems.

Education:

• 10th standard or equivalent general education/Civil Certification.

Experience:

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in a similar capacity.
