Job Description

• Supervise and lead the maintenance team.
• Coordinate and prioritize fit-out maintenance tasks.
• Ensure work quality and compliance with project specs.
• Enforce safety regulations on-site.
• Communicate progress and resolve issues with clients.
• Manage tools, equipment, and inventory.
• Lead and manage daily site operations, ensuring adherence to safety protocols and project timelines.
• Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers to maintain workflow and quality standards on-site.
• Conduct regular inspections and assessments of work in progress to ensure compliance with specifications and regulations.
• Allocate tasks to team members based on skills and project requirements, fostering a collaborative work environment.
• Maintain accurate records of labor, materials, and equipment usage to facilitate project tracking and cost management.
• Address and resolve on-site issues promptly, minimizing disruptions and ensuring project continuity.
• Motivate and inspire team members, fostering a positive work atmosphere that drives productivity and morale.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Proven experience as a Foreman in fit-out maintenance.
• Strong leadership and organizational skills.
• Knowledge of safety regulations and fit-out processes.
• Ability to read technical drawings.
• Basic computer skills.
• Valid UAE driving license.
• High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in construction management or related field is a plus.
• Familiarity with construction processes, materials, and tools is essential for effective oversight.
• Proficient in reading and interpreting blueprints, schematics, and technical documents to guide the team accurately.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills to effectively manage and motivate diverse teams.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to addressing challenges on-site.
