Food Production Manager

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Food Production Manager to oversee the end-to-end production of bakery products in our 200 employees factory. The ideal candidate should have expertise in both industrial-scale manufacturing and artisanal baking.

Key Responsibilities:

• Production Management: Oversee daily factory operations, ensuring efficiency, quality, and compliance with safety standards.
• Process Optimization: Implement and improve production workflows to maximize efficiency and minimize waste.
• Quality Control: Maintain high-quality standards for all bakery products, ensuring consistency and compliance with food safety regulations.
• R&D & New Product Development: Lead innovation efforts, developing new bakery products and improving existing recipes.
• Team Leadership: Manage and train production staff, fostering a culture of excellence and accountability.
• Equipment & Maintenance: Ensure production machinery is well-maintained and operational at all times.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in both industrial and artisanal bakery production.
• Regular travels to KSA and Bahrain
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Expertise in quality control, R&D, and process improvement.
• Knowledge of food safety regulations and industry best practices.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
