Job Summary:
We are looking for a customer-oriented Waiter/Waitress to join our Food & Beverage team. The Waiter/Waitress will be responsible for taking orders and serving food and beverages to patrons at our establishment.
Job Responsibility:
1. Greet and escort customers to their tables.
2. Present menus and take orders.
3. Recommend food and beverages to customers.
4. Serve food and drinks in a timely manner.
5. Check on customers and ensure satisfaction.
6. Handle any customer inquiries or complaints.
7. Clear tables and maintain a clean workspace.
8. Collaborate with other restaurant staff to provide excellent customer service.
Candidate Requirements:
1. Proven work experience as a Waiter/Waitress or similar role.
2. Customer-oriented approach and patience.
3. Excellent communication skills.
4. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
5. Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays.
6. Knowledge of food and beverages.
