Key Responsibilities:
Build and cultivate lasting relationships with clients and groups, helping them discover our exceptional food and beverage offerings while always focusing on the personalized needs of each individual.
Work closely with the F&B and culinary teams to create tailored food and beverage solutions for events and other group gatherings.
Advocate for and actively support sustainable and mindful practices.
Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless communication and delivery of service.
Meet and exceed sales targets by consistently identifying new opportunities and leads. Provide regular feedback and reports on sales performance to senior management.
