What's the job
As a Food & Beverage Attendant, you'll welcome our guests, recommend food and drink, and help maintain service standards. By tailoring each guest's experience, you'll create memorable moments.

A little taste of your day-to-day:

• Make each meal visually appealing and delicious.
• Report any unsafe equipment, low supplies, or safety incidents to your supervisor.
• Follow safety procedures and wear necessary protective equipment.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards.
• Assist with washing up and other kitchen duties when needed.
• Provide guests with assistance and advice.
• Wear your uniform with pride.
• Take on other ad-hoc duties as needed.

What We Need From You
The candidate must meet the legal requirements to work in the UAE and ideally have:

• A high school diploma or equivalent with 2-4 years of restaurant experience in a full-service outlet or similar setting; a hospitality diploma/degree is preferred.
• Alcohol awareness certification and/or food service permit as required by local authorities.
• Excellent knowledge of a la carte menus, wine and beverage lists, and current food trends.

The candidate should have strong communication skills in English, the ability to work collaboratively in a team, attention to detail, and effective time management. Flexibility to work a 6-day rotating roster, including overnight, weekend, and public holiday shifts, is essential.
