Food & Beverage Attendant

Job Description

1. Assist guests regarding menu items in an informative and helpful way
2. Have full knowledge of food & beverage lists, promotions, menu items and preparation methods
3. Follow all safety and sanitation policies when handling food and beverage
4. Handle cash and credit card transactions
5. Check the accuracy of the guest’s reservations, orders, and other requests.
6. Visit the guests at the tables occupied, to confirm guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

1. Proficiency in Opera
2. Ability to focus attention on guest needs, remaining calm and courteous at all times
3. At least 2 years experience working in a similar role.
4. Hospitality background is preferred.
5. Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
