Job Description

As a member of our Team, you will be the face of our business, greeting and entertaining our customers in a way that makes them feel welcomed and cared for. You will be a host in the true sense of the word, working hard to create a fun and engaging atmosphere exceeding our guests' expectations.

You will:

1. Welcome customers warmly into the business
2. Work with your colleagues to provide efficient and dynamic service
3. Deliver an excellent quality experience across leisure, food and beverage
4. Provide an outstanding level of service through selling
5. Ensure you proactively comply with all regulation, particularly for alcohol licensing conditions and food safety
6. Maintain immaculate operational standards in all areas of food & beverage
7. Follow Restaurant and Bar policies, procedures, and service standards
8. Have full knowledge of beverage lists and promotions
9. Have full knowledge of all menu items, garnishes, contents, and preparation methods
10. Follow all safety and sanitation policies when handling food and beverage
11. Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

1. Experience of working successfully in a hospitality role
2. Previous experience working in a Food & Beverage role
3. Fanatical about delivering unrivaled customer experience
4. Ability to build lasting relationships with our customers
5. Comfortable with change and ability to embrace new ways of working
6. Must be able to work shifts at any time of the day, including weekends and bank holidays
