Food and Beverage Supervisor

You will support the overall Food & Beverage operation of the hotel to maximize guest satisfaction, team member performance, and business results. Your key duties and responsibilities include:

1. Promoting and ensuring guest satisfaction.
2. Maintaining a safe and sanitary work environment.
3. Ensuring only the highest quality products are served, achieved through developing and maintaining a strong team environment.
4. Delivering prompt, courteous service in accordance with brand and Food & Beverage standards.
5. Handling daily team member relations and encouraging problem solving by team members through proper training and empowerment.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in Food & Beverage/Restaurant operation.
• Passion for leadership and teamwork.
• Eye for detail to achieve operational excellence.
• Excellent guest service skills.
