Job Brief
Lead and manage front-of-house and back-of-house restaurant operations.
Supervise and train staff to ensure excellent customer service and operational efficiency.
Oversee inventory, handle customer concerns, and contribute to the development of a positive dining experience.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate daily restaurant activities and provide direction to staff.
- Monitor and maintain quality of service, ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Address and resolve customer complaints or issues promptly.
- Manage inventory levels and order supplies as needed.
- Conduct performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.
- Review customer surveys to develop and implement ways to improve customer service.

- Proven experience working as a supervisor in the hospitality industry.
