Actively generate and manage new leads through outbound sales calls, email campaigns, and networking efforts.
Build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients, event planners, travel agents, and other partners.
Sell and promote our F&B outlets, private dining spaces, and event services to achieve revenue goals.
Create new collaborations and event partner events and series for our venues.
Work in collaboration with F&B marketing on promoting our venues to potential clients and partner marketing with existing clients to generate more frequent events.
Create customized proposals and presentations tailored to client needs, with a focus on high-end, luxury events and experiences.
Coordinate with the operations team to ensure smooth execution of client requirements and expectations.
Lead the planning of food and beverage events, ensuring alignment with client expectations.
Identify market trends and competitor activities to continuously refine sales strategies.
Provide excellent customer service by addressing client inquiries, requests, and issues promptly and professionally.
Prepare regular reports on sales performance, market insights, and business development opportunities.
Analyze post-event feedback and performance data to enhance future events.
Attend trade shows, networking events, and industry functions to promote the hotel’s F&B offerings and expand business opportunities.
Responsible for achieving the Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) set by management.

Qualifications
Proven experience in sales, preferably in a luxury hotel or high-end F&B environment.
Strong knowledge of the F&B industry, with a solid understanding of luxury hospitality and dining trends.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and build rapport with clients at all levels.
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and results-driven with a passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences.
Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to achieve business goals.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM software.
Fluency in English (Arabic language is a plus).
Strong organizational and time-management skills, with attention to detail.
