Food And Beverage Operations Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Food and Beverage Operations Supervisor to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our food and beverage operations, ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction while maximizing profitability. This role requires strong leadership abilities, excellent communication skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional dining experiences.

Responsibilities:

1. Responsible for overseeing menu development and sales of F&B outlets across Dubai.
2. Promote products and solutions through various avenues within the premises.
3. Provide product intelligence for existing customers and collaborate with consultants and stakeholders to identify opportunities.
4. Develop new customer relationships, maintain customer connections, understand needs, and respond promptly.
5. Coordinate with internal resources, supervise all outlet staff effectively.
6. Set targets and incentives for each location, track progress, and assist the head office.
7. Complete special assignments to promote sales progress and meet targets.
8. Oversee day-to-day food and beverage department operations.
9. Develop and implement strategies for revenue and profit goals, including cost control and pricing strategies.
10. Train, supervise staff, ensure proper staffing levels, and provide training and development opportunities.
11. Maintain high standards of food and beverage quality, hygiene, and safety in compliance with regulations and company policies.
12. Monitor client feedback, address concerns professionally, and maintain high satisfaction levels.
13. Collaborate with other departments to promote offerings and drive revenue growth.
14. Stay updated on industry trends, seek opportunities for improvement and innovation.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree
• Must have pre-opening/restructuring experience in Café/Restaurants.
• 3-4 years minimum experience in a similar F&B Hospitality role.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills in English.
• Ability to visit all outlets daily.
• Pioneering spirit, proactive, self-driven, strong self-confidence, and good planning skills.
• Valid UAE Driver's license and vehicle required.
• Knowledge of HACCAP protocols and Food Safety measures.
• PIC Certificate is a plus.
