As a Coordinator, you are responsible for providing a full range of secretarial and administrative support activities, inclusive of highly confidential and sensitive matters to ensure smooth operation of the F&B department. Your role will include key responsibilities such as:
Organizing daily incoming correspondence, making preliminary assessments, and handling and responding as appropriate.
Composing and preparing routine correspondence and preparing simple interpretation of documents and correspondence if requested.
Preparing, assembling, and distributing various reports and documents.
Receiving and screening all incoming telephone calls, providing and receiving information, or referring matters to the appropriate person to handle.
