As the most recent attraction within Dubai Holding Entertainment, Dubai Parks and Resorts is the Middle East's largest multi-themed leisure and entertainment destination comprising of three separate theme parks: MOTIONGATE Dubai, LEGOLAND Dubai and LEGOLAND Water Park.

Job Overview:

Here's your chance to step into the Coordinator - Food and Beverage role at Motiongate. In this position, you'll take on key responsibilities that include:

To provide efficient and effective administrative support to the Head of Food & Beverage and Food & Beverage Operations Manager.

Key Accountabilities:

  • Communicate effectively and work collaboratively with colleagues at Motiongate Dubai Parks and Resorts.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service to all external guests visiting Motiongate Dubai Park.

Key Performance Indicators:

  • Coordinate with colleagues in a friendly and courteous manner to ensure a good flow of communication.
  • Handle all non-operational colleague requests and reroute to respective departments.
  • Liaise between the Food and Beverage department and other departments to ensure effective communication.
  • Maintain and update the department's time clocking in/out system.
  • Deal with correspondence, minutes of meetings, memorandums, and reports as requested.
  • Always follow Company wardrobe and grooming guidelines.
  • Adhere to Company policies and procedures.
  • Exercise the duty of care to protect all persons within our care.

Qualifications:

  • Basic food hygiene certification.
  • Higher Secondary Certification.
  • Fluent in written and oral English.
  • A basic secretarial course.

Experience:

  • One year experience in a similar role.
  • Cross-trained in F&B administration.

Skills:

  • Proficient in Excel and Word, with ability to create PowerPoint presentations.
  • Good interpersonal skills and a team player.
  • Able to perform in a high-pressure work environment.
