1. Deliver complex hybrid apps for Flutter
2. Audit existing applications to reprogram, update and add new features
3. Implement animations and in-app gamification mechanics
4. Write internal technical documentation
5. Write high quality code
6. Gather and address technical and design requirements
7. Perform unit and integration testing before launch/submission
8. Conduct functional and non-functional testing
9. Follow emerging technologies
