Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily floor operations, ensuring seamless service and an exceptional guest experience.
• Lead and support the front-of-house team, maintaining high service standards.
• Train and mentor staff to enhance efficiency and guest engagement.
• Handle guest feedback and resolve any service-related concerns professionally.
• Coordinate with kitchen and bar teams to ensure smooth workflow.
• Uphold hygiene, safety, and operational standards at all times.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a supervisory role in F&B (casual dining or caf experience preferred)
• Fluency in Russian and English, additional languages are a plus
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays
• Positive attitude and a hands-on approach to service
