Floor Supervisor - Housekeeping

Job Responsibilities

1. Provide genuine hospitality and recognition in the work area.
2. Inspect the work of a team responsible for the cleaning and upkeep of a specific area of the hotel.
3. Monitor each Attendant’s daily progress.
4. Review department glitches and BEAR report as communication tools to accomplish your tasks.
5. Ensure housekeeping team members are well-trained, motivated, and adhere to hotel standards.
6. Monitor stock levels of cleaning materials, linens, and guest amenities to ensure availability.
7. Collaborate with front office, maintenance, and other teams to address guest requests and issues.
8. Go the extra mile to exceed guest expectations.

What You Bring

1. Previous experience in the same role within 5* luxury Hotels and Resorts.
2. Understanding of luxury hospitality service.
3. Proficiency in English language verbal and written.
4. Ability to work under pressure, flexibility to work long hours.
