Flight Dispatcher

This is a full-time on-site role for a Flight Dispatcher at Global Service Solutions, located in Sharjah - UAE.

Responsibilities:

• Must be able to analyze and determine routes and flight altitudes for each flight, based on economical, meteorological, safety, legal and communication requirements.
• Will be responsible for daily tasks including aviation regulations compliance, flight dispatching, flight planning, and coordinating flights.
• Will have to review, authorize, regulate, control and terminate flight (if required) to ensure safety of flights in the most economical manner.
• Crew co-ordination and flight support to ensure safe flight operations in adherence to CAA regulations.

Requirements:

• Valid Flight Dispatcher License.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in Flight Dispatcher role.
• Knowledge of aviation regulations.
• Strong organizational and coordination skills.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and work under pressure.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to analyze information.
• Experience with PPS flight planning software is a plus.
• Able to work Day-night shifts on Roster basis.
