Ensure customer documentation and payments received for every sales transaction comply with sales policy, sales processes, and AML regulations.
Ensure all customers (primary and joint) are satisfactorily screened and cleared for purchase by the corporate compliance team.
Dispatch payment reminders as per agreed Service Level Agreements for all outstanding payments. All payments collected must be promptly recorded, receipted, and immediately submitted for clearance.
Make follow-up calls to recover outstanding dues. Take appropriate actions including negotiations and escalations to ensure payment collections in accordance with the payment targets.
Ensure all Sale and Purchase Agreements (SPAs), Addendums issued are in the format approved by Legal and through the company’s authorized CRM system.
Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of current processes and recommend improvements. Assist in the development and implementation of sales processes and procedures to improve operational efficiency.
Ensure policy compliance while processing primary and secondary re-sales transactions.
Ensure the sales operations team is the custodian of all customer documents, SPAs, and important approvals related to every sale.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or any relevant field.
Minimum 1-2 years of Real Estate Developer experience in the role.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
