Fleet Manager

• Collaborating with the Controller or Manager to devise strategies for enhancing cost efficiency.
• Ensuring fleet operations comply with relevant legislation and regulations.
• Coordinating with Insurance Brokers to arrange appropriate coverage for drivers and vehicles.
• Assisting in the creation and implementation of effective policies and procedures for fleet operations.
• Overseeing vehicle maintenance and servicing schedules to minimize downtime.
• Monitoring driver behavior and taking disciplinary actions when necessary.
• Keeping detailed and accurate records of vehicle inspections and maintenance.
• Tracking fleet expenses and ensuring they stay within the allocated budget.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Min 5+ years of experience in UAE
• Competent in using Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Excel, Word, Teams).
• Skilled in high-level communication with fleet decision-makers.
• Proficient negotiator with suppliers in the service, maintenance, and repair sectors.
• Self-motivated, enthusiastic, and adaptable.
