Responsibilities
Develop and implement a fleet management strategy and policies.
Procure and lease vehicles, ensuring compliance with budgetary constraints.
Manage vehicle maintenance schedules and repairs, including warranties and insurance claims.
Monitor fuel consumption and implement strategies for fuel efficiency.
Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, permits, and licenses.
Develop and implement driver safety programs and provide training as necessary.
Monitor and analyze fleet performance, identifying areas for improvement.
Oversee the disposal of vehicles in line with company policies and procedures.
Collaborate with finance and procurement teams to manage fleet-related budgets and expenses.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and technology advancements in fleet management.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
Proven experience in fleet management, preferably in a similar industry.
Strong knowledge of vehicle maintenance and repair processes.
Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
Familiarity with relevant regulations and compliance requirements.
