Fleet Coordinator

You are the master of communication with a flair for Customer Happiness. You are an expert in handling customer queries through calls, emails, and chat interactions. As a multichannel maestro, you will delight our customers by providing personalized, efficient, and creative solutions. You are passionate about delivering extraordinary customer experiences and possess excellent communication skills promptly.

Your Responsibilities

1. Serve as the frontline ambassador for our brand, providing top-notch customer support through calls, emails, and chat interactions.
2. Actively listen to customers' queries, concerns, and feedback, demonstrating empathy and understanding.
3. Engage customers in delightful conversations, building rapport and trust through your friendly and positive demeanor.
4. Follow up with all open cases which are not limited to customer queries on packages, operational queries, payment, and technical queries.
5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to escalate complex issues and ensure timely resolution.
6. Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions, ensuring the information is readily accessible for future reference.
7. Upsell the membership product upon customer interest (Inbound / Outbound).
8. Cross-sell our Buy4me product upon customer requirement (Inbound / Outbound).
9. Trace the last mile status of the orders and ensure the delivery followed within the time frame.
10. Ensure to update the status of delivery in Salesforce system.
