Fleet Administrator
Job description
Responsibilities:
- Set up all new Maintenance Contracts in the ERP and start the billing cycle.
- Ensure all Planned Maintenance schedules are set up according to the TMR agreement.
- Monitor and remove expired units from billing.
- Provide purchase orders to 3rd party service providers.
- Responsible for re-bills of 3rd party service invoices.
- Maintain organization of fleet agreements and contracts with customers as well as 3rd party service providers.
- Provide monthly consolidated invoicing to fleet customers for service invoice transactions.
- Facilitate setup of new fleet customer locations and 3rd party vendors in the business system.
Qualifications:
- Intermediate to advanced Excel skills.
- Willingness to learn and take on new challenges.
- Good communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Detail-oriented.
- Ability to work with minimal direction and use independent discretion and judgment.
- Good team player attitude.
