Fitness Trainer & Sales Representative

Job Overview : We are seeking an energetic and self-motivated individual to join our team as a Fitness Trainer & Sales Representative.

In this dual-role position, you will lead engaging and effective training sessions for hotel guests in the morning and then transition into a sales role, promoting and selling our company’s products and services on the hotel beach.

The ideal candidate is passionate about fitness, has strong communication skills, and excels at customer engagement and sales.

Key Responsibilities :

Fitness Trainer Duties (Morning Sessions):

1. Conduct group and one-on-one fitness training sessions for hotel guests.
2. Design and implement effective workout routines tailored to different fitness levels.
3. Motivate and guide clients to achieve their fitness goals.
4. Ensure a safe and positive workout environment.
5. Provide professional advice on health, wellness, and exercise techniques.

Sales Duties (After Training Sessions):

1. Interact with hotel guests and beach visitors, building strong relationships.
2. Promote and sell company products and services, such as water sports activities, buggies, and yacht charters.
3. Identify sales opportunities and upsell where possible.

Requirements :

1. Certification in Personal Training or related fitness qualifications.
2. Previous experience in sales, customer service, or hospitality is a plus.
3. Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
4. Energetic, outgoing, and self-driven personality.
5. Ability to engage with diverse clients and provide excellent service.
