Job Description:

1. Design and implement fitness programs tailored to the needs and goals of the facility's members.
2. Ensure staff provide high-quality services to members and maintain a positive work environment.
3. Organize classes, workshops, and fitness challenges to engage members and improve participation.
4. Develop strategies to increase member retention and attract new clients.

Qualifications:

1. Minimum of 3 years in the fitness industry.
2. Certification in Group Fitness is highly beneficial.
3. Proven leadership and management experience in a similar role, especially within a gym or fitness center.
