Fitness Instructor(Female)

JOB SUMMARY:

• Organize exercise programs to assist in maintaining, reaching, and improving the fitness goals of clients.
• Fitness facility management.

DUTIES:

Fitness Instructor:

• Supports the development and delivery of fitness programs and activities.
• Helps clients reach their fitness goals and has a passion, motivation, and drive for wellness, fitness, and health.
• Responsible for accurately assessing members at the start of class and developing their fitness levels.
• Creates and offers fitness activities including Yoga, Aerobics, Spin, Indoor cycling, Core, Zumba, HIIT, and group fitness scheduled classes.
• Develops and enhances exercise programs to cater to clients' needs.
• Guides clients and patrons on the proper and safe usage of fitness equipment.
• Ability to officiate games such as Badminton, Soccer, Volleyball, and Basketball.
• Any other reasonable tasks as assigned by the line manager.

Fitness Management:

• Maintains and manages fitness services on a day-to-day basis.
• Monitors headcount and fitness activities or programs.
• Handles client fitness concerns and requests.
• Keeps an updated bulletin board, TV display, or marketing materials to keep clients informed about current fitness events or activities.
• Monitors fitness equipment to ensure it is organized and re-racked in its designated areas after client usage.
• Ensures proper and routine sanitization is observed after usage of fitness equipment.
• Ensures fitness equipment PPMs and routine maintenance are being conducted.
• Oversees local national fitness staff.

Qualifications:

• High school, college diploma, or equivalent.
• Certified fitness instructor or trainer by an accredited international fitness organization.
• At least 3-5 years of extensive customer service background as a fitness instructor, preferably in a hospitality setting.
• Excellent interpersonal communication skills, both verbal and written in English.
• Proficient in computer and Microsoft Office applications.
• Outstanding customer service skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED4,500.00 per month

Experience:

• Fitness instructor: 3 years (Preferred)

Language:

• Excellent English (Preferred)

License/Certification:

• Fitness certification (Preferred)
