We're looking for a dedicated Lifestyle Facilities Coordinator to ensure our facilities operate seamlessly, enhancing the guest experience with a high level of attention to detail and hospitality.
Job Summary:
The Fitness Coordinator will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of our club's facilities, coordinating services, and ensuring the overall guest experience remains top-notch. This role requires a customer-focused mindset, a proactive approach to management, and the ability to work well in a dynamic, beachside environment. The ideal candidate is an energetic, organized professional with a passion for delivering memorable guest experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate and manage the scheduling of all fitness classes, personal training sessions, and special wellness events.
Serve as the main point of contact for fitness instructors and trainers, ensuring they are supported and have the resources needed.
Communicate class schedules and program information to members, providing updates and answering inquiries as needed.
Monitor attendance and participation in fitness classes, gathering feedback to help improve offerings.
Work with the marketing team to promote fitness programs, special classes, and wellness events.
Oversee booking systems and ensure a streamlined, member-friendly process for class and session sign-ups.
Support the planning and logistics for fitness events and special programs.
Ensure all fitness spaces are prepared and organized for activities, coordinating with maintenance and housekeeping as needed.
Gather and analyze feedback from members and instructors to continuously improve the fitness program offerings.
Qualifications:
2+ years of experience in facility coordination, fitness management, or a similar role, preferably within a resort, beach club, or luxury wellness setting.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with attention to detail and the ability to prioritize tasks.
Excellent customer service and communication skills.
Familiarity with gym equipment and facility management software.
Certification in CPR or First Aid is required.
Knowledge of health and safety standards in fitness environments.
