Your Mission (Should You Choose to Accept It)

As our bank grows daily, we need individuals with initiative and positivity to tackle challenges head-on, contributing to the continuous improvement of our services for clients. You will join the Middle East Desk and support with the client portfolio and onboarding. Additionally, you'll be on the front lines, assisting in the onboarding of new prospects through online channels to achieve our ambitious growth targets.

Your AMINA To-Do List

1. Support in the acquisition of new clients in predefined markets while adhering to applicable cross-border rules. From pre-qualification calls to due diligence questionnaires.
2. Coordinate all client matters, from processes and paperwork to the overall client experience.
3. Develop and maintain a domestic and international prospect list for the respective client segment with corresponding prioritization and market strategy.
4. Position AMINA Bank as the preferred partner.
5. Handle client / prospect-related requests and inquiries.
6. Work closely with Legal and Compliance to ensure a smooth onboarding and efficient due diligence process.
7. Define and enhance the product and services catalog for clients.
8. Continuously self-educate in finance and blockchain technology and digital assets.

Your golden ticket to the AMINA team :

1. University degree (Bachelor level) in Business, Finance, or Mathematics.
2. Minimum 2 years of experience in similar roles.
3. Experience working in a fully regulated banking environment would be preferred.
4. Great verbal and written communication skills in English.
5. Hands-on experience in client onboarding within the financial sector.
6. A team player with a hands-on mentality and the ability to learn quickly.
7. Reliable and detail-oriented individual.
8. Willingness to take ownership and deliver results.
9. Knowledge of the crypto industry and digital assets is a plus.

Preferred Profiles :

1. An Assistant RM or Onboarding Specialist would be an ideal profile.
2. Experience from both large banks and boutique financial institutions is welcome.
3. Experience or strong desire to transition into a client-facing role.
