10+ years experience in Fire Safety training, First Aid training & other HSE training.

Additional qualifications like IOSH, NEBOSH, Occupational Health & Safety courses will be an advantage.

Job Responsibilities:

1. To undertake coaching of courses through both lecture and practical-based sessions.
2. To continually assess the standard attained by students during courses.
3. To lead and assist in the conduct of any exercise and scenarios.
4. To assist in the development and design of new and existing courses as required.
5. Be able to interact with students and impart knowledge and skills using various proven means of teaching.
6. Providing the trainees with accurate information regarding the course & ensure the entire group fully understands explanations.
7. Demonstrating how to use the equipment.
8. To brief and control support staff for training courses or exercises.
9. To ensure that all courses are provided with the equipment and facilities specified in the course program.
10. To maintain discipline and ensure that laid down safety standards for both staff and trainees are adhered to at all times.
11. Managing records of course attendees.
12. To undertake work allocated by the line manager.
13. Have a good understanding of customer care and health safety procedures.
14. Cleaning and maintaining training equipment and resources.
15. Assessing capabilities of the group and awarding qualifications to those who have met the criteria and standards.

Job Specification

Safer Consultancy (Recruiter) is in search of talented and motivated individuals for the post of Fire Safety / First Aid Instructor in the field of Education in one of their offices located in Dubai - United Arab Emirates. The ideal candidate should have a graduate qualification and at least 3 years of experience. This is a Full-Time morning shift job. Salary varies between 3k to 4k (AED) per month depending upon skills and years of experience the candidate has.
