Fire Pump Technician

M/s Spark Tech Fire Equip Tr. LLC Sp. is seeking a skilled and experienced Fire Fighting System & Fire Pump Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of fire protection systems, including fire pumps, sprinklers, hydrants, and suppression systems, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and industry standards.

Responsibilities:

• Install, inspect, maintain, and repair fire fighting systems, including fire pumps, sprinkler systems, hydrants, and suppression systems.
• Conduct routine testing and preventive maintenance of fire pumps, controllers, and associated equipment.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot system failures, leaks, and electrical/mechanical malfunctions.
• Ensure all fire protection systems comply with NFPA standards, local fire codes, and company policies.
• Read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and schematics.
• Maintain detailed service records, reports, and inspection logs.
• Coordinate with clients, engineers, and safety personnel for system installations and upgrades.
• Provide emergency response services for urgent repairs and troubleshooting.
• Follow all workplace safety procedures and use protective equipment as required.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Fire Fighting System & Fire Pump Technician.
• In-depth knowledge of fire protection systems, pumps, sprinklers, and suppression systems.
• Familiarity with NFPA codes, local fire safety regulations, and industry best practices.
• Ability to read and interpret schematics, blueprints, and technical manuals.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to lift heavy equipment and work in confined spaces when necessary.
• Valid [mention specific license or certification if required].
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including emergency call-outs.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Certification in Fire Fighting Systems Maintenance or related field.
• Experience with electrical and mechanical components of fire pumps.
• Knowledge of control panels and alarm systems integration.

Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,500.00 per month
