Fire Protection Estimation Engineers

Job Description:

We are seeking skilled Fire Protection Estimation Engineers with experience in analyzing project requirements and delivering cost-effective and competitive solutions. The ideal candidate will possess expertise in estimating and designing fire protection systems while ensuring compliance with project specifications and market conditions.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Analyze client requirements and tender documents to develop accurate project estimations.
2. Propose cost-effective offers and value engineering alternatives while adhering to project specifications.
3. Design and estimate fire protection systems including:
1. Fire Hydrant Systems
2. Sprinkler Systems
3. Fire Fighting Systems
4. Clean Agent Systems (e.g. FM200, NOVEC1230, CO2, etc.)
5. Foam Systems
4. Prepare comprehensive technical and commercial proposals.
5. Stay updated on competitive market conditions and pricing trends.
6. Collaborate with clients, consultants, and internal teams to ensure alignment with project goals.

Qualifications:

1. Diploma or B.E. in Mechanical Engineering.
2. Proven experience in estimation and design of fire protection systems.
3. Strong knowledge of value engineering and cost optimization techniques.
4. Familiarity with tendering processes and market conditions.
