FINANCIAL SENIOR CONTROLLER / SENIOR BUSINESS ANALYST

Position

Christian Dior Couture Middle East is looking for an experienced and talented Financial Senior Controller to reinforce the Controlling team based in Dubai. This position is a direct reporting to the head of Financial Controlling.

Job Responsibilities

• Timely deliver accurate financial statements and reporting (Sales, Operating profit, KPI) in compliance with IFRS and Group guidelines.
• Provide Zone General Manager & CFO with assertive analytical comments on the main variances versus budget and previous year.
• Timely investigate significant overspends and deviations vs Budget, and provide recommendations for remediation and improvement.
• Elaborate and coordinate with Retail managers and Heads of departments the process for Budget & Estimates & 3Y plan.
• Support the preparation of Business review for top management.
• Follow CAPEX investments in coordination with Architecture & IT departments.
• Analyse the gross margin and prepare projections for stock depreciation.
• Key Finance Project leader (regular process enhancement, special projects).

Profile

Qualifications and Education Requirements

• Master’s degree in Finance or Business Administration.
• 7+ years of controlling/finance experience in multinational and large-scale companies; previous experience in the retail industry is preferred.

• Fluent in English; French or Arabic will be a plus.
