FINANCIAL SENIOR CONTROLLER / SENIOR BUSINESS ANALYST

Christian Dior Couture Middle East is looking for an experienced and talented Financial Senior Controller to reinforce the Controlling team based in Dubai. This position involves a dynamic work environment and exciting projects, reporting directly to the head of Financial Controlling.

Job responsibilities

Main Responsibilities

As Financial Senior Controller, you’ll be in charge of analysing the performance of a defined perimeter of stores and markets. This includes:

1. Timely deliver accurate financial statements and reportings (Sales, Operating profit, KPI) in compliance with IFRS and Group guidelines.
2. Provide Zone General Manager & CFO with assertive analytical comments on the main variances versus budget and previous year.
3. Timely investigate significant overspends and deviations vs Budget, and provide recommendations for remediation and improvement.
4. Elaborate and coordinate with Retail managers and Heads of departments the process for Budget & Estimates & 3Y plan.
5. Support the preparation of Business review for top management.
6. Follow CAPEX investments in coordination with Architecture & IT departments.
7. Analyse the gross margin and prepare projections for stock depreciation.
8. Key Finance Project leader (regular process enhancement, special projects).

Profile

Qualifications And Education Requirements

1. Master’s degree in Finance or Business administration.
2. 7+ years of controlling/finance experience in multinational and large-scale companies; previous experience in the retail industry is preferred.
