Kathleen Durusoy is an international venture capitalist, investor with a strong network across the United States and the Middle East and the current Managing Director of Umergence. She is a founding director at Transition Fuel NG Acquisition Corporation, a Canadian company focused on acquiring natural gas assets in North America, where she has facilitated over $100M in investment. As the managing director of Simply Optimal Investments, she helps post-revenue startups raise between $4M and $20M in funding. Durusoy's diverse background spans healthcare, logistics, commodities, and Turkish real estate investments. She holds Series 7 and Series 63 licenses and has extensive operational and investment experience in both domestic and Middle Eastern markets.
Kathleen is seeking a highly articulate and professional Financial Sales Representative to generate and qualify leads for institutional investors. This role requires an experienced individual who can confidently engage with financial institutions and high-net-worth investors, setting up calls with our leadership. The representative will be responsible for outbound prospecting, handling receptionists and gatekeepers professionally, and maintaining accurate CRM records.
Working hours:
This is a full-time remote position, you'll need to navigate multiple time zones, prioritizing outreach to the MENA region, for example, 10 am – 6 pm Abu Dhabi time.
