Financial Project Analyst

Responsibilities:

1. Review, analyze, and provide comments on new projects proposed for inclusion in the Business Plan.
2. Review, analyze, and provide comments on capital projects proposed for funding actions.
3. Represent Controller's on various project gate reviews.
4. Represent Controller's review of capital projects before funding.
5. Review complex questions related to capital projects and prepare and present recommendations to Controller's management.
6. Provide policy and project funding guidance as required.
7. Prepare monthly and quarterly reports as required.
8. Perform detailed analysis of post-project performance and present findings to management.
