Job description

Lead the financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and alignment with the organization’s strategic goals.
Develop and maintain sophisticated financial models to support decision-making regarding resource allocation, capital investments, and potential business expansions or contractions.
Analyze current and past financial data and performance, identifying trends, and providing recommendations for improvement.
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for management, highlighting key financial and operational metrics.
Work closely with accounting to ensure accurate financial reporting and compliance with accounting standards and regulations.
Collaborate with department heads and managers to gather, analyze, and interpret financial information for use in decision-making.
Support the CFO and senior management with in-depth analysis and presentations for board meetings, investor relations, and strategic planning sessions.
Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and market changes to provide strategic insights and recommendations.
Lead and mentor a team of financial analysts, fostering an environment of continuous improvement and professional development.
Manage the implementation and optimization of financial planning and analysis software and tools.
