Financial Planning and Analysis Manager

In this critical role, you will guide strategic financial planning, drive operational improvements, and contribute to long-term financial sustainability for our client.

Collaborating with senior leadership across finance, operations, and content teams, you will provide insights that support growth and profitability.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Lead annual and long-term financial planning, collaborating closely with the CFO and other stakeholders.
2. Develop rolling forecasts and analyze performance to guide strategic decisions.
3. Build financial models and analyze data on key business drivers to inform leadership.
4. Serve as a financial advisor to department heads, providing analysis to optimize operations.
5. Evaluate investment opportunities and partnerships, focusing on ROI and strategic fit.
6. Create and maintain KPI dashboards to track financial and operational metrics.
7. Prepare financial presentations for board meetings and investor communications.
8. Identify and implement improvements in financial processes and systems.
9. Manage cash flow forecasting and working capital optimization.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field; MBA preferred.
2. Experience in FP&A, with strong analytical skills and proficiency in financial software.
3. Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively across teams.
