Overview
We are seeking a proactive and ambitious Financial Institutions / Trade Finance Specialist focused on African markets to join our dynamic team in Dubai. This role is ideal for someone with up to a few years of banking experience who is passionate about trade finance and eager to develop their career in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

As a Trade Finance Specialist, you will play a key role in supporting our team’s operations, contributing to business development, and assisting in deal origination and execution.

Responsibilities:

• Provide operational and administrative support to the team.
• Develop expertise in financial analysis, focusing on banks in emerging markets.
• Assist with deal structuring, execution, and client engagement activities.
• Contribute to business development efforts, including client outreach and lead generation.
• Prepare reports, presentations, and client documentation to support decision-making and communication.
• Manage the diary of the Origination team, organizing and coordinating team meetings and cross-functional projects.
• Ensure adherence to regulatory and company compliance requirements.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in trade finance or sales support is preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated team player with a proactive attitude.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
