Financial Director

Our client is looking for an experienced Financial Director located in KSA, Qatar, or the UAE.

Applicants from Europe willing to relocate to the GCC region are welcome.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Develop and implement financial strategies to drive business growth and profitability
2. Lead financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes
3. Oversee financial reporting and compliance with regulations
4. Manage cash flow, investments, and financial risk
5. Collaborate with executive team to make strategic financial decisions
6. Provide financial analysis and insights to support decision-making
7. Lead and mentor finance team members to optimize performance and productivity

Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; MBA or CPA preferred
2. Minimum of 13 years of experience in financial leadership roles
3. Strong knowledge of financial analysis, reporting, and regulatory compliance
4. Proven track record of driving financial success and business performance
5. Excellent communication and leadership skills
6. Ability to think strategically and provide valuable insights to senior management
