Financial Director

Our client, a company based in Abu Dhabi with operations spanning various sectors, including oil and gas and maintenance, is looking for a Finance Director.

Responsibilities:

1. Develop and implement financial strategies to achieve the organization's goals while ensuring compliance with industry regulations.
2. Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes to optimize resource allocation and profitability.
3. Manage financial reporting, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and adherence to international accounting standards.
4. Lead relationships with banks, auditors, and external stakeholders to secure financial stability and growth.
5. Drive cost-efficiency initiatives and implement robust financial controls to manage risks effectively.

Requirements:

1. Arabic speaker with 15-20 years of experience in finance, preferably within the oil and gas sector or car rental industry.
2. Proven leadership skills with a track record of managing high-performing financial teams.
3. Strong expertise in financial planning, analysis, and regulatory compliance.
4. Advanced knowledge of financial systems and tools, with the ability to drive process improvements.
5. Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field (Master's degree or certifications such as CPA, CMA, or CFA preferred).
