Financial Controller

Key Responsibilities:

1. Oversee the group's financial operations, ensuring compliance with statutory regulations and internal policies.
2. Develop and implement group-wide financial controls, reporting frameworks, and budgeting processes.
3. Prepare consolidated financial statements and manage group-level audits.
4. Lead financial planning, forecasting, and analysis to support strategic decision-making.
5. Monitor and optimize cash flow, working capital, and group treasury functions.
6. Collaborate with portfolio companies to ensure alignment of financial objectives and reporting.
7. Provide insights on financial performance, risks, and opportunities to senior leadership and investors.

Requirements:

1. 8+ years of experience in finance, including group-level or multi-entity management.
2. Strong knowledge of IFRS/GAAP, corporate finance, and financial modeling.
3. Excellent analytical, communication, and leadership skills.
4. Experience in VC, PE, or startup ecosystems is highly desirable.
