Financial Controller

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the group’s financial operations, ensuring compliance with statutory regulations and internal policies.
• Develop and implement group-wide financial controls, reporting frameworks, and budgeting processes.
• Prepare consolidated financial statements and manage group-level audits.
• Lead financial planning, forecasting, and analysis to support strategic decision-making.
• Monitor and optimize cash flow, working capital, and group treasury functions.
• Collaborate with portfolio companies to ensure alignment of financial objectives and reporting.
• Provide insights on financial performance, risks, and opportunities to senior leadership and investors.

Requirements:

• Professional accounting qualification (e.g., CPA, ACCA, ACA).
• 8+ years of experience in finance, including group-level or multi-entity management.
• Strong knowledge of IFRS/GAAP, corporate finance, and financial modeling.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and leadership skills.
• Experience in VC, PE, or startup ecosystems is highly desirable.
