Financial Controller

We are currently looking for a Financial Controller who can manage the financial operations, ensuring accurate reporting, budget management, and compliance with accounting regulations.

Responsibilities

Prepare and present accurate financial statements, budgets, and forecasts and ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations.

Present findings and recommendations to senior management and advise on Decisions related to the company’s finances.

Consolidate financial data from various departments or subsidiaries for a comprehensive view of the organization’s financial position.

Continuously monitor budget performance against actual results, identifying variances and their causes.

Develop and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate financial health and operational efficiency.

Identify financial risks related to projects, investments, and market conditions.

Identify opportunities to enhance financial monitoring and reporting processes through technology and best practices.

Qualifications

Master’s in finance, Accounting or related field.

Rigorous with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial regulations specific to the sector.

15+ years of relevant finance experience, Financial Planning & Analysis, Controlling and Reporting ideally in Architecture and Engineering Industry.

Proficiency in financial software and advanced Excel skills.
